KeyMapper - update 1.2

Hello , small update , I changed the language selection , more precisly the restart that happens when you select the language , I used to just do a CreateProcess Before but Windows / SmartScreen doesn't like that apparantly , it flagged the exe as malicious because of that,

So now instead i'm using a a soft restart with a small delay and Run instead of CreateProcess , it should not trigger any more warnings from windows.
